An NDUS Account consists of a user ID and a password. This account is used to access NDUS services, like Campus Solutions/Campus Connection, Financials, HRMS, and Moodle.

The North Dakota University System Help Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and provides technical support for the following systems and applications:
- NDUS Account IDs and passwords
- ConnectND applications, including Campus Solution/Campus Connection, Financials, and HRMS
- ALT applications of Moodle, Wimba Classroom, Wimba Voice Tools, and Blackboard IM
- Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS):
- Password Changes
- 'How To' support for Exchange Email & Calendar
- Microsoft Communicator
- Support for SharePoint, LiveMeeting, or creating new resources or distribution lists is currently not provided
