Help Desk Services
The North Dakota University System Help Desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and provides technical support for the following systems and applications:
- NDUS Account IDs and passwords
- ConnectND applications, including Campus Solution/Campus Connection, Financials, and HRMS
- ALT applications of Moodle, Wimba Classroom, Wimba Voice Tools, and Blackboard IM
- Office 365:
- Password changes
- 'How To' support for Exchange Email & Calendar
- Lync Chat
- Support for SharePoint, Lync Video, Unified Communication and Presenter, or creating new resources or distribution lists is currently not provided
- Live@EDU--Best effort 'How To' support
