Resolving IE 10 Compatibility issues with PeopleSoft

Open Internet Explorer.

If the Internet Explorer menu bar doesn’t appear that provides the “File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help” options, right-click anywhere on the top of the browser and select Menu bar. (Top option available following.)

The Internet Explorer Menu bar follows:

Click Tools

Select the Compatibility View settings option

Check the Display all websites in Compatibility View checkbox.

Note: The Display intranet sites in Compatibility View will automatically be checked and grayed out.

Purpose: Checking the Display all websites in Compatibility View checkbox allows the Query Viewer to run in an IE 9 version of the browser.

Click the Close button.

These steps have helped resolve a few browser/compatibility issues with Oracle PeopleSoft.
